Questions

Do I need an account to track a flight?
No. Public flight search and tracking links work without an account or a ticket — a flight number is enough. An account is only needed to save searches, track flights over time, or file a claim.
What currency am I billed in?
Nigerian Naira (NGN), billed monthly. Payments are processed by Paystack; Flyintel never stores your card details.
Does Flyintel take a cut of my compensation?
No. Flyintel helps you understand and file a claim. Whatever the airline pays goes to you in full.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly and cancel at the end of the current billing period. You keep Pro or Agency access until that period ends.
When does billing start?
Flyintel is in private beta and nothing is charged yet. Waitlist members will be told the prices and start date before any plan goes live.
