Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Flyintel, operated by Flyintel Innovations Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria. By using the website or the apps you accept them.

What Flyintel is

Flyintel is an information service. We aggregate flight data, score route and airline reliability, and explain what the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority's consumer protection regulations say about your situation.

What Flyintel is not

• Not an airline or travel agent. We do not sell tickets and cannot change, cancel or rebook your booking.
• Not a law firm. Rights advisories are general information about published regulations, not legal advice for your circumstances.
• Not the regulator. We are not affiliated with the NCAA. We cannot decide, approve or enforce a claim.

Accuracy of flight information

Flight data comes from third-party aviation data providers and airline feeds. We work to keep it current, but we cannot guarantee it is accurate, complete or uninterrupted — feeds go down, and airlines sometimes report late or not at all.

Do not rely on Flyintel alone for a decision you cannot undo. Always confirm departure and arrival times with your airline before travelling to the airport. Predictions such as "leave now" timings and risk scores are estimates, not promises.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, resell or redistribute Flyintel data without written permission.
• Submit claims you know to be false, or impersonate another passenger.
• Attempt to disrupt the service or gain unauthorised access to it.

We may suspend accounts that do these things.

Paid plans

Paid plans are billed monthly in Nigerian Naira through Paystack. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. See the pricing page for current plans.

Compensation claims

Flyintel helps you prepare and submit a claim. The airline and, where escalated, the NCAA decide the outcome. We do not guarantee any claim will succeed, and we take no share of any compensation you receive.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, Flyintel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including missed flights, missed connections, or costs arising from a journey you made or did not make based on information in the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms, and will post the updated version here with a new date. Material changes are notified to account holders by email. You may stop using Flyintel and close your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
